CurrentTime increases the efficiency of time registration and the handling of ours in an organisation. CurrentTime offers a simple way to enter data, visual overview, dynamic pivot reports and flexible integration with finance and administrative systems. The program is Web based and available as Software as a Service or as a local installation.
CurrentTime focuses on quick and visual flow of data from registration to invoicing. The picture on the right shows the process where hours and travel expenses are created by the employee/project member (left in the picture). Employees will submit their own time sheets and travel expenses by dragging the numbers from their “desktop” to their Out box. Hours are automatically distributed to the In boxes of those who are responsible for approval. The workflow can be customized to each company and its individual project structure. The managers have full overview of where in the process hours are and which departments and actual projects are involved. CurrentTime assists managers by e-mail reminders to those who are late with entering data in the system. Independently of what role you play in your organization, pivot cube reports with the drill-down functions are available. CurrentTime means effective routines for collecting and processing time and expense tracking data – just what project-oriented organizations require.

Flexible Integration with Financial and Administrative Systems:
A powerful feature of CurrentTime is the integration with other systems. Projects, employees and different information can be maintained in CurrentTime or be imported from other systems. Invoice information can be transferred to the financial system for invoicing. The employees’ registered hours, salaries, flexi- and holiday balance can be transferred to the payroll system.
The analysis tool that CurrentTime offers, gives flexible reports on all levels. With advanced pivot tools the user can freely decide the selection and level of detail to highlight any possible problem. The user can easily make his or her own favorite reports and save these within the system – or transfer the report data to spreadsheets (as Excel) for further processing.
Visual Control:
The management processes can be adjusted to suit individual organization’s workflow. The registrations can be certified on up to four levels – project member, department head, project leader and accounting department. A live and visualized presentation gives management full control over registered time and expense, and where in this process these are found.
